Services

AI and software development for the parts that get hard.

AI products, mobile, web and desktop apps, and the backend systems behind them, built by senior engineers in India who work remotely with product teams anywhere. Flutter is one of our tools when a single codebase should serve every screen.

AI products and integrations

LLM features, agent workflows and personalization built into real product journeys, with user controls, fallbacks, scoped permissions and the same release bar as the rest of the product.

  • Agent workflows
  • Multiple LLMs
  • Hosted or local models

Mobile, web and desktop apps

Complete product builds for iOS, Android, web and desktop. When one codebase should serve every screen we use Flutter; when a platform-led product needs native code, we say so. Architecture, performance and release discipline come with either choice.

Typical engagements

Four ways to start.

Every engagement begins with a bounded first milestone. Pick the shape closest to where you are; we confirm it together in the first conversation.

  1. 01 · Engagement

    Discovery sprint

A short, fixed-scope study of the product, users, constraints and riskiest assumption before anyone commits to a build.

    Best when
You have an idea or a prototype and need a credible plan.
    You leave with
A scoped first milestone, architecture notes and an estimate any team could use.
  2. 02 · Engagement

    MVP build

One complete user journey designed, built, tested and released on the platforms that matter first.

    Best when
The problem is clear and you need a real product in users' hands.
    You leave with
A released first version, monitoring and a codebase your team can own.
  3. 03 · Engagement

    Embedded team

Senior engineers join your team, work in your repositories and rituals, and own a defined product slice.

    Best when
You have a roadmap and need experienced capacity without a long hiring cycle.
    You leave with
Shipped features, written decisions and knowledge that stays with your engineers.
  4. 04 · Engagement

    Architecture review

An outside read of an existing app or platform: boundaries, release process, performance and risk.

    Best when
An existing product is slow to change, unstable or about to scale.
    You leave with
Prioritized fixes, diagrams and decision records, with optional paired delivery.

The buying experience

Know the first milestone before you buy the whole journey.

No mystery team, black-box build or vague handoff. The people, proof, ownership and change process are made explicit before kickoff.

  1. Fit and risk

We clarify the product goal, constraints, existing system and the decision that matters most. If we are not the right team, we say so.

  2. A bounded first milestone

The proposal names the outcome, exclusions, working team, timeline, acceptance evidence and what could change the estimate.

  3. Visible delivery

You get repository access, working demos, written decisions and a visible change log. New scope becomes an explicit timeline or cost trade-off before we proceed.

  4. Handoff or keep building

Code, accounts, documentation and release knowledge stay with you. Ongoing support is explicit, optional and scoped before launch.

How we work

The standards behind the ship.

The defaults that keep high-consequence products understandable, observable and changeable after the demo.

Traceability and least privilege

We design the technical patterns regulated teams need to inspect: role-scoped access, durable audit trails, encryption and clear boundaries around sensitive data.

  • Capability-based and role-scoped auth, not shared god credentials
  • Structured audit logging on sensitive reads and writes (who, what, when)
  • Encryption in transit and at rest; secrets in managed vaults and key stores
  • BFF and server-side enforcement so clients never hold excess privilege
  • PHI-aware data modeling: minimize collection, isolate stores, redact by default
  • Observability with OpenTelemetry-style traces that support incident review without leaking PHI into logs

A visible path to production

Every merge should have a path to production that is automated, reversible and observable, not a manual Friday deploy.

  • Automated build, test and deploy pipelines (mobile, web and cloud)
  • Staged rollouts, feature flags and remote config for controlled exposure
  • Store and enterprise release hygiene: signing, versioning, changelog, rollback plans
  • Crash and performance gates using signals such as Sentry or Crashlytics before full promotion
  • Infrastructure as code where cloud surfaces matter (reproducible environments)
  • Post-release monitoring and clear ownership for incident response

Boundaries that survive change

Domain logic stays independent of UI frameworks and cloud vendors so products can evolve and be handed to client teams without a rewrite.

  • Clear domain, application and infrastructure (or modular Flutter) boundaries
  • Testable cores with unit and integration coverage where risk is highest
  • Interchangeable storage and services: swap Azure, Firebase or SQL without rewriting journeys
  • Dependency injection and predictable state management on mobile
  • API contracts that survive client and server iteration
  • Architecture reviews that leave diagrams and decision records, not tribal knowledge

Risk-based engineering

The essential standards that keep money, identity, realtime and clinically critical paths reliable after demo day.

  • Performance budgets: realtime paths, list throughput, VR frame time, cold start
  • Mobile security baseline: SSL/TLS pinning, secure local storage, biometrics where appropriate
  • OWASP Mobile Top 10 awareness on client surfaces that handle money or identity
  • Code review culture and automated static analysis in the pipeline
  • Meaningful automated tests, not coverage theater, on payment, auth and clinically critical paths
  • Documentation and runbooks so production support does not depend on one person

How we choose tools

Use Flutter for leverage. Use native when it matters.

We choose the stack for the product, not the other way round. Product design, backend, cloud, AI and launch ownership come with whichever tools fit the work.
