The challenge
Financial advisors need one dependable workflow for product discovery, leads, conversions and payouts. Those steps easily end up scattered: a product catalogue in one place, a lead list in another, and payout status somewhere the advisor cannot see. Every gap between them costs the advisor time, and it costs the product trust.
For a product like BankSathi, trust is the product. An advisor who recommends a financial product to a customer is putting their own reputation behind it. If the app loses a lead, shows a stale conversion or leaves a payout unexplained, the advisor stops relying on it, and the business behind the app feels that quickly.
What we were responsible for
Our responsibility was the Flutter application architecture and the advisor journeys that run on it: product discovery, lead management, conversion tracking and payouts. That is the part of the product an advisor touches every working day.
We describe that scope precisely on purpose. BankSathi is a larger business than its mobile apps, and the public download and review figures on this page describe the product's scale, not results created solely by our team.
How we approached it
Journeys that move money need a clear structure more than they need clever screens. An architecture for this kind of product has to keep each journey understandable on its own, so that a change to how leads are captured does not quietly break how payouts are reported. It also has to let one team ship the same behaviour to Android and iOS without maintaining two versions of the rules.
Flutter fits that brief when a product's value lives in shared workflows rather than in platform-specific hardware features. One codebase carries the advisor journeys to both stores, and the architecture decides where the boundaries sit: which parts of a journey are shared, which depend on the backend, and which need to change often as the business adds financial products.
It is the same approach we bring to every engagement: agree a bounded first milestone, make the work visible as it ships, and leave the team able to own what was built.
What shipped
Production Android and iOS applications supporting advisor workflows. Both apps are publicly listed, and the Google Play listing is the source of the evidence figures on this page.
What this case shows
A fintech product with a large audience depends on the parts users never see: how journeys are separated, how state stays consistent, and how one release reaches two platforms at once. If your product is a workflow people rely on to earn or move money, that foundation is the work worth getting right first.
How the engagement runs
Every project, this one included, follows the same four beats. They keep the scope honest and the work visible.
- T-0
Fit and risk
We clarify the goal, the constraints, the existing system, and the decision that matters most. If we are not the right team, we say so.
- Week 1
A bounded first milestone
Agree on the outcome, what is excluded, who is working on it, and what evidence will count as done, before the scope grows.
- Every week
Make the work visible
Repository access, working demos, written decisions, and a visible change log. New scope becomes an explicit tradeoff before we proceed.
- Handover
Leave the team ready to own it
Code, accounts, documentation, and release knowledge stay with you. Ongoing support is optional and scoped before launch.
